The Teleradiology Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our teleradiology services by producing and distributing quality metrics reports, managing peer reviews, and monitoring image quality issues for new clients. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the coordinator will work closely with radiologists and leadership to address challenges and improve service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics reports, distributing these reports to radiologists and leadership, and ensuring that reputed company missed cases are processed and monitored effectively. You will also categorize rereads, manage anonymized cases for educational purposes, and communicate with clients regarding image quality issues.
