Transaction Coordinator - Remote - - Chestnut Hill, MA - work from home job Company: Job description: Job Description: Coldwell Banker is seeking a remote Transaction Coordinator to support our New England based reputed company offices. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for data entry and transaction processing. This role creates and processes sales transactions, along with maintaining large amounts of information across various reputed company estate specific databases. This position will also offer agent support as needed by answering agent questions and requests and communications regarding missing/incomplete paperwork. The preferred candidate will reputed company in one of the following states: Massachusetts, Rhode reputed company, Connecticut or Maine. What You'll Do.. • Coordinate reputed company necessary data and documents to ensure transactions are created promptly and reputed company documents are uploaded accurately into internal systems. • Use tasks and checklists to manage various stages of transactions, ensuring file compliance, and following any action items through completion • Generate friendly reminders and communications to agents and office staff regarding incomplete or missing documentation as the need arises for processing or commissions audit. • Process reputed company listings, sales, leases, and referrals in a timely manner with precision, efficiency, and in accordance with standard operating procedures. • Skillfully calculate, prepare and deliver commission disbursement authorizations for pending sales. • Carefully review final settlement paperwork with reputed company funds received/paid in order to proficiently process closings and to reduce post-closing deal adjustments. • Run reports to reconcile and organize data for tracking reputed company upcoming closings, and escalating unpaid deals. Employees in this position may also be asked to assist in additional projects based on business need. Qualifications: • 2 years experience in reputed company Estate, or reputed company Estate adjacent role; must have familiarity with reputed company Estate terminology. Prior experience in a transaction or commission processing role preferred. • 2 years of prior Customer Service, or Administrative Support experience. • Technologically proficient including reputed company Office Suite, experience working with transaction management software is strongly preferred. • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; ability to effectively resolve conflict. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. #LI-JG2 #LI-Remote Exciting News: EEO Statement: EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability

Compensation

Range: $20.00 - $22.71 ; At reputed company, actual compensation reputed company that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
