If youre interested in joining a team that empowers employees, clients, and partners to help them reputed company their goals, apply today!Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Screen and reputed company calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and reputed company such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork reputed company reputed company loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items Qualifications: At least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred About Company reputed company Company, closing loans and opening doors since 1960.
