Your role: Our Insurance Claims Representatives are focused on communicating with insurance companies to ensure claims are received and processing correctly and timely. Our Insurance Claims Representatives work reputed company their teams to problem solve, track trends, and provide solutions to the challenges reputed company the reputed company cycle. Ideal candidates: Ideal candidates will have experience in the accounts receivable tasks of reputed company cycle management and will have strong written and oral communication skills, problem solving capabilities and a desire to continue learning. Experience with orthotics and prosthetics is preferred, but not required. Essential Duties: • Communicate with insurance companies reputed company phone or email to ensure claims have been received and are processing correctly • Compile and send requested supporting documentation to insurance companies • Remedy claim denials • Trend tracking • Retrieve and organize Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from clients, clearinghouses, and insurance portals • Prepare, compile and send patient statements in accordance with each client’s services contract and company procedures Apply Job!
