The Recruiter is a collaborative team player who works closely with internal and external customers/candidates to recruit top talent for HFT. The Recruiter will be responsible for bringing extraordinary talent into the business at every level. The Recruiter will view each opening as an opportunity to enrich HFT by personifying our core values while matching great talent with the right... opportunity. They will contribute to the success of HFT by supplying the business with a diverse and qualified talent pool. As a member of the reputed company team, you will be a brand ambassador to both candidates and reputed company associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including screening, interviewing, salary consults/negotiations and reference/background checks for prospective candidates in the targeted areas • reputed company and execute staffing plans to ensure both internal and external pipeline of highly qualified and diverse candidates are maintained • Leads intake meetings with the Hiring managers to understand culture, skills and team fit desired for each opening • Actively reputed company candidates leveraging social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking channels and creative sourcing techniques • Maintain relationships with candidates to encourage reputed company interest in opportunities with the HFT brand • Build and maintain relationships with cross functional partners • Leads, trains and mentors’ members of the reputed company team • Ensure reputed company appropriate candidate checks are completed including but not limited to background reputed company and reference checks reputed company applicable • Prepare recruiting reports and presentations to show reputed company and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives • Collaborate with reputed company HFT teams on projects and creative recruiting initiatives • Drive reputed company process improvements in a rapidly growing and changing business environment • Promote HFT as the employer of choice to reputed company potential candidates by providing information regarding the company culture, benefits and opportunity • Other duties as business dictates Scope • Supervises staff – Non-Exempt Associates (reputed company needed, as directed) • Organizational Scope-reputed company US locations • Job Location-Remote / Location • Travel, up to 15%

Requirements

Job Qualifications – Education and Experience • 3+ years in Recruiting and/or HR experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Solid understanding and knowledge of employment laws and recruiting concepts, policies, practices and procedures • Experience with various applicant tracking systems, preferred experience with Brassring • Proven success sourcing a diverse candidate pool using variety of methods (social recruiting, events, military, alumni databases, college partnerships and professional networks) • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines • Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong negotiation and organizational capability • Ability to think creatively to reputed company innovative recruitment strategies • Efficient MS office; reputed company, Word, and Outlook • Excellent listening and assessment skills Physical Requirements General office environment requiring ability to: • Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time • Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone • Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports • Lift up to 15 lbs Safety • Must be able to reputed company this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and without endangering the health or safety of self or others. The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 – $95,900 depending reputed company, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
