About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR Technology Roadmap Architect to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our HR technology landscape by consolidating and modernizing our 70+ HR applications. Your goal will be to create a simplified, modern, and reputed company employee experience that enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology solutions, and a passion for driving organizational change.
