As an Outbound Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with our patients/members to understand their reputed company medical conditions and explain the available programs that will assist with their care and help improve their quality of life. In this role you will initiate interaction with members through outbound calls, educate the members on our health and wellness programs, and & encourage member to participate. This position will have a focus on reputed company learning as our programs vary and you will need this to be able to reputed company and educate members on the benefits of the programs. Successful candidates will also have a strong attention to detail as you will need to document the call while speaking to the member taking thorough notes. This position includes helping patients with rare health conditions understand the specifics about the health benefit they are eligible for at no additional cost by communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of the program. Inside sales experience is preferred as the core purpose of this role is to encourage the member to agree to enrolling in a benefit program offered through their health insurance. This position often represents the first impression that the potential new member has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of engagement. This role requires at least 4-5 weeks of remote reputed company. This role is a full-time, permanent position. The regular shift would include M-F: 9-6 with one day a week rotating evening shift of 12-9 weekly. Performance is monitored and reputed company in accordance to established production goals. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a medical or healthcare environment, Inside sales role or customer service/call center environment 1+ years experience using reputed company Office: Word, reputed company, and Outlook - must be able to toggle between multiple systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare industry Specialty pharmacy background Experience in an inside sales role Education High School Diploma or GED required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $31.72 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
