We are looking for an reputed company Technical Launch Manager to help drive the success of these live shows. The Role As Technical Launch Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional coordination of the assigned Live show, partnering closely with reputed company the Engineering teams in the critical path of Live, and stakeholders in Product, Production and Marketing. Before the event, you will ensure that reputed company partners are reputed company on team responsibilities and show-specific features (broadcast technology, localization and accessibility requirements, social and marking needs, member-facing features), and follow-up on execution. You will reputed company readiness reviews and assess risks and help drive them to resolution. You will schedule, coordinate and document pre-event testing and validation. You will plan for and coordinate the day-of-event launch (virtual) room reputed company and on-calls. During the event, you will act as the call leader and manage communication across different teams. If needed, you will reputed company hands-on execution of operational steps. You will track issues and coordinate escalations with incident managers and relevant service owners. After the event, you will compile operations summaries and coordinate retrospectives. About You Experience. You have experience in coordinating and operating live shows in the streaming domain. You have worked closely with engineers (as a project manager or technical program manager or operations engineer, etc). You have handled incidents in the context of live streaming. Domain Knowledge. You are knowledgeable about live streaming systems. You have a good understanding of broadcast technology, encoding and media delivery. Essentials.
