M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: August 2024 • MUST BE reputed company TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX*** Job Details • Answer inbound calls and reputed company some outbound calls. • Provide good customer service and reputed company. • Using computer skills for data entry. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) MUST BE reputed company TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. • Great work attitude and willingness to help others. • HS Diploma/Equivalent. • Must live in the state Irving TX or surrounding cities to be considered.
