Automations Specialist

This is a remote position. The Automation Specialist plays a critical role in driving efficiency and scalability across the organization by identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions. This role combines technical expertise, process analysis, tool management, and collaboration with various departments to ensure internal workflows are optimized, repeatable, and reputed company with business objectives. Responsibilities & Duties Process Optimization: Review internal processes, procedures, methodologies, and standards to ensure repeatability and efficiency. Identify opportunities to transition from reputed company efforts to automated processes. Tool Management & Research: Manage tools necessary to execute identified automation opportunities. Research and recommend changes to existing tools or identify new tools to improve productivity and support automation initiatives. Automation Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with the team to strategize and align on long-term solutions for automation, including roadmaps, tools, frameworks, and approaches. Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes in achieving business goals. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated accurately after each completed or revised automation project. Adaptability: Respond appropriately and competently to changes, ambiguity, and challenges in the work environment. Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Excellence: Passion for achieving excellence in technical processes, quality, and reliability. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in developing and enhancing automation testing frameworks. Detail Orientation & Communication: Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities. Preferred Experience & Competencies Must be proficient in English (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
