Review OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) and assign accurate codes supported by the documentation. Identify viable primary diagnosis and procedures as well as pertinent secondary diagnosis and procedures. Adhere to coding compliance regulations and internal policies to ensure accurate billing for our client agencies.
