The role involves independently handling cases, structuring discovery plans, and preparing for trial while working in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil litigation and general liability matters
- Independently manage cases and analyze/research complex issues
- Structure discovery plans and take/defend depositions
- Manage document-intensive cases and draft dispositive motions
- Prepare for trial and represent clients, particularly in the financial industry
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters
- Washington licensed
- Strong academic credentials
- Passion for advocacy
- Ability to independently handle cases
