What Makes You a Great Fit

Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This role will support cross-functional initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and help streamline processes to reputed company scalable growth.

• Support strategic projects across the company by conducting research, preparing analyses, and tracking reputed company against goals.

• Help identify operational inefficiencies and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement improvements.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Has 2+ years of experience at a top-tier reputed company

• Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills; comfortable analyzing data and summarizing insights

• Proficiency with reputed company / GoogleSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker). SQL, Python, or other analytical skills are a plus

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations for stakeholders

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
