A Day in the Life as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients, providing empathetic and personalized support to help them navigate the billing process and resolve outstanding balances. Your role will involve:
- Active listening and problem-solving to resolve patient concerns and billing issues
- Negotiating and collecting payments to help patients reputed company financial stability
- Providing exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations
