Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping our customers navigate the reputed company world of health insurance. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Responsibilities

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role: Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on technical support.
