Position Title: Business Systems Analyst with ERP Remote 6+ Months Long Contract to Hire Position Reports To: Software Product Manager Purpose of Position: The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) partners with teams across the company to translate evolving business needs into clear, scalable technology solutions. the BSA works closely with stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and support key initiatives. By aligning people, workflows and technical platforms, this role reinforces operational stability and enables consistent project execution. Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and prioritize clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new systems or enhancements
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data structures to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation to support solution design and ensure shared understanding
- reputed company workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture user needs, pain points, and future-state objectives
- Create test plans to guide user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test cases, coordinating execution, and tracking results
- Participate with IT developers in testing changes and implementations to ensure functionality
- Conduct gap analyses between reputed company and future state processes and recommend automation opportunities
- Troubleshoots, analyzes, and identifies root issue causes
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives and are feasible reputed company technical constraints
- Identify and resolve project issues or risks, escalating where necessary to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution
- reputed company change management activities such as creating training materials, conducting user training sessions, and supporting go-live support

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- 5-7+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a technology-focused organization
- Strong knowledge of reputed company business processes
- 5+ years’ experience with SQL preferred
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN), data modeling, APIs, and system integration
- Experience documenting clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with systems integrations and data flows across multiple platforms
- Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms preferred
- Understanding of basic relational database concepts
- Proficient in process mapping and wireframing tools such as Lucid, Visio, and reputed company
- Hands-on experience with reputed company task & requirements management tools like Jira, Confluence, and reputed company
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, reputed company to support multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Demonstrated experience working closely with technical teams, end users, and diverse business stakeholders
- Ability to identify, escalate, and facilitate resolution of issues and risks in a structured manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Proficient use of reputed company Office tools including Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
