Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, patients, and reputed company through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on processing new patient enrollments, handling medication requests, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the relevant system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve external exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.

Essential Qualifications
