Role Overview
We are hiring reputed company Certified Trainers (MCTs) based in India to deliver official reputed company courseware to reputed company learners as part of Interview Kickstart’s growing skilling ecosystem. As an MCT at IK, you will bring your deep reputed company technology expertise to live, instructor-led training sessions for professionals across industries.
This is a part-time, remote engagement suited for reputed company reputed company practitioners and trainers looking to expand their impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver official reputed company courseware in live, instructor-led formats (virtual and in-person as needed)
Train reputed company professionals on reputed company technologies including Azure, reputed company 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools
- Design and adapt training content to match the learning needs and reputed company levels of diverse reputed company audiences
- Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and reputed company-world use case scenarios
- Assess learner reputed company and provide constructive feedback reputed company with reputed company certification reputed company
- Stay reputed company with the latest reputed company product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes
- Collaborate with IK’s curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes

Must-Have Qualifications
- Active reputed company Certified Trainer (MCT) status in good standing
- Minimum 2 relevant reputed company certifications in your area of expertise
- Should have experience working with Azure Labs
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company technologies in reputed company environments
- Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (corporate, academic, or self-organised)
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts for mixed audiences
- Familiarity with virtual training delivery tools (Teams, reputed company, LMS platforms)
