In-House Recruiter

We’re looking for a hands-on in-house recruiter to join us during a critical growth phase. This role is primarily focused on reputed company execution: sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening resumes, running first-round interviews, and owning the end-to-end hiring process. As a small, fast-growing team, this role offers room to grow laterally and help shape how reputed company and people operations are done at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the full reputed company lifecycle for open roles, from intake and sourcing through offer coordination.
• Proactively reputed company and headhunt candidates reputed company of the inbound applicant pool (reputed company, referrals, targeted reputed company).
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round phone or video interviews.
• Coordinate interview loops, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain and improve job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support light people operations initiatives as a secondary responsibility, including reputed company coordination, maintaining internal documentation (e.g., employee handbook), and assisting with team culture initiatives and swag.
• Build scalable reputed company processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, HR, or a closely reputed company role.
• Experience reputed company for technical roles (quant trading, software engineering, data, infrastructure, or adjacent roles).
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates reputed company outbound channels (reputed company, referrals, cold reputed company).
• Strong screening and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical fit and communication skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open roles in reputed company.
• Experience reputed company at an early-stage or high-growth startup is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR or people operations (e.g., reputed company, internal documentation, culture initiatives) is a plus.
