[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new corporate partnership opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and reputed company reputed company, focusing on expanding their B2B sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, reputed company, and other channels to identify potential employer partners
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
- Research reputed company organizations and identify key stakeholders reputed company healthcare and employer markets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and opportunities in the company Customer Relationship Management/CRM
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to transition qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline
- Participate in discovery meetings as requested to support opportunity development
- Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities until they are ready to move reputed company in the sales process
- Track and report weekly prospecting activity and reputed company reputed company performance
- Maintain strong attention to detail and professionalism in reputed company communications with prospective partners
Skills
- 1+ years of inside sales, reputed company reputed company, or business development experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and executives
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage prospecting efforts
