[Remote] Billing & Special Projects Accountant (Part-Time)

In this role, you will support billing operations and contribute to key reputed company initiatives, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and special projects that enhance efficiency reputed company the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor AR balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Assist with payment applications and generate AR aging reports
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable reputed company general ledger accounts during the month-end reputed company
- Process and record credit memos and billing adjustments
- Maintain accurate and organized records of reputed company customer billing activity
- Participate in reputed company projects reputed company to tax filings, audits, and automation of processes
- Identify and support opportunities to improve reputed company reputed company tools and workflows
- Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company procedures as they relate to billing and reputed company
- Document and update reputed company billing and Accounts Receivable policies and procedures
