Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join reputed company of data experts at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing reputed company data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making

• Answer critical business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Utilize data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and reputed company data
• Apply clear and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-reputed company, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for reputed company querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing reputed company pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
