Job Overview

As a Senior RTA at arenaflex, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. You will serve as a global WFM POC for the US team, ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing forecasted details, drafting way reputed company plans, and driving peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics that impact business KPIs, and call out for corrective/supportive actions
• Ensure each org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
• Verify that operational metrics like service levels, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and others are being met by reputed company Orgs/skills at a daily level
• Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics
• Ensure timely closure of reputed company planning-reputed company activities, such as training, and WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged reputed company committed SLAs
• Mentor and reputed company fellow RTAs with reputed company WFM required skills and knowledge
• Deep dive and provide insights on metric misses with factual callouts and path to greens (PTGs)
• Ensure expected processes are followed by Operations and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications
