The orientation and training is Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST for approximately 3 weeks. The normal working hours at Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm CST. Required Experience: • 1+ years of medical reputed company cycle experience Preferred Experience: • 2+ years of medical reputed company cycle experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner. (50%) • Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems in order to properly assign follow up dates , department requests, and notate appropriately. (10%) • Ensure reputed company calls reputed company business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers reputed company company guidelines. (10%) • Ability to reputed company payment transactions and request payment from accounts reflecting a balance. (10%) • Assist with clerical duties as needed such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%) • Requires reputed company supervision and guidance from the supervisor. (10%) • This is a fully remote opportunity.
