Job Details reputed company is hiring a Director of Insurance Product Management to help reputed company our state management efforts on the Insurance Product team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Insurance Product Management, this individual will reputed company a team of product managers to drive critical aspects of our state insurance product management function.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the profitable management of reputed company’s insurance products, including coordination of product development, pricing, forms, compliance, reputed company, risk selection, and regulatory approval
• Support the reputed company expansion of insurance products, from insurance product development to product implementation
• Partner with Product Research, Engineering, and Operations to successfully manage our product and implement new features, as necessary
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor the product post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and uncover new opportunities
• Play a key role in developing and implementing state and countrywide strategic plans
• Work with the Director of Product, State Pricing, and Product Research to explore new mechanisms to optimize our decision algorithms and pricing
• Collaborate across the organization to support new product design and development (e.g., auto, umbrella)
• Shape and reputed company assigned insurance state management team

Requirements

• 8-10 years in personal lines P&C insurance product management roles with increasing responsibility and leadership; 3-5 years of management responsibility
• Significant experience working with state-level insurance regulators and a deep understanding of personal lines compliance risks
• Excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at reputed company levels of the company
• Track record of strong decision-making skills and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for leadership, coaching, and developing talent

Compensation & Benefits: The reputed company salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to reputed company. reputed company Salary Range $162,000—$192,280 USD The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
