We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Temporary Recruiter to work remotely, powering our high-volume recruiting efforts from February 2025 to May 2025. As a Temporary Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to evaluating their skills and experience. You will utilize HR recruiting best practices to assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our test scoring positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates during video interviews, maintaining a high standard of business professionalism and ensuring that reputed company interactions are conducted with reputed company and respect.
- Utilize HR recruiting best practices to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, making informed decisions about their suitability for our test scoring positions.
- Utilize, update, and maintain our applicant tracking system to reputed company manage the high-volume recruitment process, ensuring that reputed company candidate data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years in a bachelor's program and be currently enrolled or graduated with a major in HR or a reputed company area. You will also need to have excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively at reputed company levels and across diverse cultures.
