Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Regional Medical Director (RMD) in identifying regional hospital medical needs and developing strategies to address them
• Collaborate with field directors and operations to ensure proper staffing ratios in hospitals and optimize patient care
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of associate and reputed company veterinarians, and provide guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles
• Continually monitor and evaluate individual veterinarian medical performance, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates who have experience in a multi-hospital setting, and who have a strong background in veterinary medicine, including a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
