The Account Executive will be responsible for managing to retain and grow our existing customer relationships, reputed company with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction, reputed company, membership, and earnings objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Executes tactical components of the account team’s business plan for each customer.
• Responsible for managing (Relationship Management) of daily (service) Plan Sponsor/Producer Concerns.
• Executes on objectives reputed company to the customer and organizations goals for a reputed company of business to include discussions on service levels and expectations, process improvements, operation of benefits plans, identification of gaps in service levels, and determination of root causes and solution development.

• Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs.

• Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client’s and reputed company’s internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation.
• Service delivery on the customer relationship; including day to day service contact, key reputed company of contact for service and reputed company resolution of administrative issues, manage Key meetings, and follow up (reporting, quarterly meetings, introduction of changes, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years Client relationship experience supporting the Healthcare Industry
• Previous Account Management experience with a Health plan reputed company
• Must be able to attend onsite client and in office meetings
• Industry knowledge of employee benefits and/or health insurance
• Monitoring and report management experience
• Client-facing / presentation experience
• Active Health & Life Insurance license or must obtain reputed company 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in reputed company Office
• Able to travel up to 20% of time.

Education

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $91,014.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
