Principal Project Manager

reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Product Team! This individual will be someone who has a strong background in developing project plan scopes, has experience working with stakeholders, and holds a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Our Project Managers function as Technical Program Managers who regularly serve in multiple capacities, including Agile Practitioner, Project Manager, Release Manager, Tools Administrator, and Efficiency Consultant.

We are open to fully remote candidates across Romania for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources
• Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects

• Ensure project documents are complete, reputed company and available for staff and leadership review
• Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
• Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Deep understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies

Experience:

• At least 8 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
