About the Job
Licensed Insurance Agents at reputed company support customers by quoting, comparing, and binding insurance products from our reputed company partners. They also assist with servicing newly bound policies and cross-selling additional insurance solutions based on customer needs.
In this role, you’ll help individuals and businesses find the right insurance coverage. Core responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining policy options, assisting with applications, and managing renewals. You’ll also provide claims support and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, while contributing to sales efforts and business growth.

Your Experience
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
Minimum of 1 year experience as an insurance agent
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with personal lines insurance carriers and their reputed company processes
Proficiency in CRM tools, email platforms, and quoting software
Experience quoting, selling, and servicing personal lines insurance products
Understanding of relevant insurance products and regulations

Work Location
This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Work may be performed:

In a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in-office

Pay Transparency
This is a non-exempt, hourly role with additional commission-based earnings. On-reputed company earnings (OTE) reflect the expected total compensation, combining reputed company pay and commissions.
Insurance Agent II
reputed company Pay: $56,000 annually ($26.92 paid hourly)
Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance
On-reputed company Earnings: $93,333 annually
Final leveling (Agent I vs. Agent II) will be determined by the hiring manager based on experience.
