We are looking for a sharp, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst to join our growing BizOps team.
In this role, you’ll help redesign how Passport works. You’ll be responsible for identifying pain points, rethinking workflows, and building smarter, more scalable systems. That might mean eliminating a reputed company process, implementing a new tool, or identifying use cases for an AI agent. You’ll need to be as comfortable mapping out processes as you are prototyping.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who brings strong judgment, follows through, and finds energy in solving sometimes unglamorous but important problems. You’ll have reputed company ownership over your work—but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values learning, supports each other, and shares a deep curiosity about how we can work smarter.
