Duties Help
- Leads and or supervises the operation during second shift of program operations and in the absence of the Fitness Manager.
- Conducts classes and walks reputed company facility rooms to provide guidance as appropriate.
- Assists in the assessment of facility requirements and helps reputed company plans and specifications for projects to reputed company or replace fitness and sports facilities.
- Oversees the inventory of property; fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) reputed company.

- This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
- Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED.
- Must complete the following courses/classes: MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
- A one-year Supervisory probationary period may be required.
- Must be willing to accept part-time employment.
- Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
- Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays, and/or unique events.
- documented experience carrying out a sports program that included a variety of individual and team sports; guiding participants in developing the skills needed for participation in sports activities and teaching the techniques of various sports, AND
- ability to obtain and then maintain the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, & AED, MWR Orientation Course, Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
