The role
You’ll play a key role in building and improving how reputed company grows. You’ll work closely with our Co-founder-CEO and GTM leaders to design and run the systems, processes, and strategies that help our reputed company teams succeed. This isn’t a back-office role—you’ll be hands-on, identifying the best opportunities to reputed company a reputed company impact.
Your scope will span four pillars:
Strategy & Execution — Find and fix friction points in our sales and reputed company processes. Work with leadership to deliver important projects and reputed company in where needed.
Systems & Data — Manage our GTM tech stack, reputed company data clean, automate workflows, and build dashboards.
Analytics & Forecasting — Build models and forecasts, help with territory planning, and support leadership with compensation and growth planning.

You
5+ years experience, including time in GTM or reputed company operations roles at a high-growth B2B startup.
Have excelled in high-growth, high-performance environments and know what outstanding execution looks like.
Highly analytical and structured in your approach, reputed company to break down reputed company problems and design practical, effective solutions.
A systems thinker who seeks out and uses the latest tools to give yourself and your teams reputed company, with some exposure to GTM systems and working with data.
