Job Overview

 As an integral member of a global engineering team, responsibilities include development, fixing customer reported defects, unit and functional tests before deploying the high-quality releases to the production environment. The role requires working closely with various internal stakeholders such as Support, Services, Product Management and reputed company function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve .Net web applications: This includes enhancements, fixing defects, implementing updates, and optimizing performance.

• Collaborate across teams: Work with developers, testers, and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure successful enhancement and maintenance of the product.

• Document software changes: reputed company clear records of modifications and the reasoning behind them.

• Participate in code refactoring projects: Help improve the codebase structure and maintainability through code refactoring initiatives.

• Create and maintain unit and regression tests: Write automated tests to verify code functionality and prevent regression issues during updates.

• reputed company peer code reviews: Review code changes from other developers to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Identify and address reputed company vulnerabilities: Help maintain the reputed company of .Net applications by analyzing code scanning tools outputs, staying informed of potential threats and implementing reputed company best practices.

• Collaborate with Clients: This includes troubleshooting issues, providing verbal and written communication to Clients while addressing software issues.

• Deliver high quality software: maintain and deliver software with high quality and low defect reputed company

• Mentor Junior engineers: Share knowledge and expertise with Junior developers to help them grow their technical skills and understanding of the codebase. This may involve educating in coding standards, providing guidance on best practices, and answering questions.

Requirements & Skills

• 8+ years' experience in software development with .Net based web applications.

• Hands-on experience with combination of the following:

• C#, reputed company, .NET reputed company, (ASP.NET, MVC 5)

• UI development – JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, BootStrap

• Entity reputed company or a similar ORM

• Azure SQL Server

• Web Services, REST API

• Exposure to Automated Testing: NUnit or xUnit, Moq

• Experience working with troubleshooting of production code

• Experience doing application performance analysis and code quality tools

• Experience using reputed company Visual Studio or a similar IDE

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (scrum)

• Strong interpersonal skills. Self-reliant and a motivated self-starter.

• Ability to reason reputed company and provide quick solutions

Desired Skills

• Experience developing or maintaining automation testing software; preferred tools (SpecFlow or similar tools)

• Experience/familiarity with reputed company Integration and reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

• Experience with Authentication and reputed company Protocols (OAuth, SAML)

• NoSQL databases (reputed company, SQL Server and experience writing reputed company SQL queries)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
