We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Partner who will play a central role in our global team, and help to maintain our unique culture and values in a temporary role for 6 months.

As part of the Global reputed company, you’ll be fully responsible for owning and executing mid to senior-level roles across Lemonade functional teams. You’ll reputed company potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks, while collaborating with hiring managers and teams across our locations.

In this role you'll

• Act as a strategic full-cycle Talent Partner for your stakeholder group

• Influence the overall reputed company process and provide expertise and insights 

• Utilize analytics to reputed company managers and department leads to stick to hiring timelines

• reputed company insightful talent mapping for key roles 

• Continuously evaluate the efficiency of our processes and drive operational improvements 

• Promote employer branding initiatives including job postings on social media, hosting or participating in career events and meetups 

• Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted reputed company and professionally

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of reputed company experience (with a recent in-house recruitment background) 

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborating cross-functionally and globally

• Adept at developing reputed company strategies for the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of senior talent

• Firm grasp of reputed company metrics and KPIs, and the ability to implement them to drive decision-making

• Experience working in a high-performance environment in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm

• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
