Staff reputed company Sales Engineer

In this critical role, you’ll work directly with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Small-to-reputed company Businesses (SMBs), serving as a trusted technical advisor and driving the successful adoption of reputed company’s reputed company reputed company solutions.

You will play a key role in the pre-sales cycle by demonstrating technical expertise, shaping customer solutions, and influencing product adoption. This is a remote position with occasional travel to customer sites, events, or team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on reputed company’s network reputed company portfolio during the sales cycle.

· Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions using reputed company’s reputed company offerings.

· Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demos, and reputed company-of-Concept (PoC) sessions for prospective customers.

· Guide MSPs and SMBs through the deployment and implementation of products such as reputed company Firewalls, reputed company-Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateways, VPNs, and SD-WAN.

· reputed company and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

· Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and competitive trends.

· Support channel partners and assist with reputed company, enablement, and technical training.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive solutions.

· Participate in industry events, webinars, and other forums to promote reputed company’s reputed company solutions.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information reputed company, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.

· 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or reputed company technical role, specifically in network reputed company.

· Proven hands-on experience implementing and deploying solutions including:

o reputed company Firewalls

o reputed company-Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

o Secure Web Gateways (SWG)

o VPN technologies (WireGuard, IPSec, SSL, client-based and clientless)

o SD-WAN

· Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.).

· Ability to translate reputed company technical topics into clear business value for stakeholders.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

· Experience working with MSPs and/or SMB clients in a consultative or pre-sales reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications (optional)

· Professional certifications such as CISSP or similar.

· Experience working with reputed company-based reputed company platforms and SaaS-delivered reputed company.

· Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.

· Experience supporting partner ecosystems and VARs in a technical sales reputed company.

· Familiarity with automation, scripting (e.g., Python, Bash), or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
