JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Sales Manager will reputed company CD resources reputed company the defined geography to reputed company growth targets by guiding the team to reputed company quarterly operator and distributor initiatives to grow with existing restaurant operators and expand reputed company to new restaurant operators. This role will require development and execution of annual plans reputed company to both the strategic agendas of key accounts and UFS.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible to reputed company the execution of reputed company Food Solutions Customer engagement strategy offline & online with Operators and Trade Partner customers to deliver business growth targets i.e. Turnover, reputed company & Penetration. You will

  • Full execution of UFS Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives

  • Manage Small Regional Chain accounts and reputed company sales opportunities at each customer 

  • Cultivate relationships with key tier 2 and 3 distributors to reputed company promote reputed company Food Solution’s products 

  • Instill team commitment to reputed company management as a primary driver of business growth

  • reputed company and train team to partner with restaurant executives and chefs to reputed company and grow their business

Trade Distributor Customer 

  • reputed company the implementation of the Contact Matrix for Key Trade customers with a reputed company approach (where possible) for more effective customer management  

  • reputed company and execute Joint Business Planning (JBPs) with Selected Trade partners including Trade Term agreement, Sell out activities and DSRs & Trade team engagement & KPIs (Sell-out, reputed company, Penetration, reputed company reputed company etc).  

  • Engage trade customers to reputed company alignment for Secondary Sales Data (SSD) partnerships with reputed company of value addition i.e. Traffic reputed company towards Trade Webshop reputed company UFS campaigns. 

 Independent Operators & Chains:  

  • Coach and reputed company team to Build & Nurture relationships with Key Chain Customers & Independent Operators & Implement Contact Matrix with a triangle model approach 
  • Drive Independent Operator & Chain customers engagement as per defined contact strategy i.e. 80% virtual, 20% F2F reputed company Customer Relationship Management. Use data driven recommendations for reputed company & Penetration 

  • Conduct Virtual Sampling, Ideation, Cooking Demo using culinary knowledge to secure new opportunities or increase volume usage by new menu applications or into existing dishes 

  • Implement and execute Customer Business Plan with selected key Chains customers  

Digital, Data & eCom  

  • Accountable for Implementation and execution of reputed company UFS digital tools reputed company Territory/Area  

  • Continuously enrich UFS customer data for more personalized campaigning  

  • Follow up on Leads (based on Marketo Leads scoring & Targeting Model) for 100 engagement & KPI delivery 

  • Drive customer digital engagement for UFS Digital platforms & Campaigns (UFS.Com, UFS reputed company, Social Media engagement, UFS webinars) 

  • Drive digital buying behavior reputed company ecommerce platforms (Webshop/trade Partner Webshop/pure players)  

  • reputed company category approach for Trade web shop for UFS business growth reputed company joint campaigning with DT marketing & trade teams

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. reputed company takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation reputed company including, but not limited to, reputed company sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
