We're seeking an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join reputed company! (Fully Remote)

People residing in reputed company of Latin America.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST

Language: Near-native English (reputed company/C2) with a neutral accent.

THE ROLE

The role is for an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Valatam’s clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.

Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and reputed company you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:

• Adding 40 vetted leads to our reputed company tool (reputed company) personalized email sequences reputed company sequences daily.
• Keeping reputed company CRM updated.
• Making 100 phone calls daily.
• High-touch manual reputed company.
• Manual follow-reputed company by phone/email/reputed company.
• Tracking activities daily in a scorecard.
• Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team.
• Experimenting with FB/Twitter reputed company.
• Community and awareness building (responding to reputed company, reputed company, blog posts recommending our services).
• Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning.

Requirements

• reputed company/C2 English writing and speaking skills.
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools.
• 1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointments.
• Independent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills. Must LOVE cold-calling and the art of selling.
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download 2 MBPS upload speed.
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
• Access to a quiet "home office".
• Access to a backup reputed company of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

PAYMENT

Our reputed company pay reputed company for this full-time (40hrs/week) role is $3/hr reputed company, $500/month + $50 per qualified appointment (US$1500 On reputed company Earnings). More information about the payment structure will be discussed further in the process.
