Job Description
Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to reputed company most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships in a reoccurring frequency.
The territory covers dealerships reputed company the entire Western Region. The selected candidate must live reputed company a 50-mile radius of reputed company Village, CA or relocate to assigned territory. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
The Role

In addition, you are responsible for helping to identify product quality concerns and driving customer satisfaction at our premium brand!

KPIs: SRT sales objective, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training & Compliance, Work reputed company of Choice Engagement, Direct leaders index, participation.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
+7 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience leading, guiding and improving dealership fixed operations, driving profitable growth and
5 + years of Leading, Coaching and Developing People in the Automotive Industry.
Proficient automotive technical knowledge and business acumen including service operations, warranty administration and customer experience
Advanced knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations:
Automotive Parts and Service Systems
Dealer Operating Report & Fixed Analysis Tools
Dealership profit department’s structure and interconnectivity
Consultative Selling Skills
Effective oral and written persuasive and informative communication skills
Ability to travel 60% of the time reputed company the assigned zone, quarterly travels to the regional office in reputed company Village, CA.

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is ($116,800 - $181,500). The actual reputed company salary a successful candidate will be offered reputed company this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
