Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Healthy Buildings

• This role is 100% remote, candidates can live reputed company in the U.S.
• Maintain awareness of the broader strategy for Advisory product sales, based on high level of product knowledge and frequent interactions with customers and account management teams.
• Support primary sellers in relationship building, lending technical credibility with customers.
• Work hands-on with customers to gather solution requirements. Demonstrates and communicates project implementation best practices.
• Work independently on Service demonstrations and provides reassurance that the Service will work effectively and deliver value in the customer’s environment.

• Assist with scope creation based upon customer requirements.
• Provide sales support as a subject matter expert to the sales team and for inbound opportunities.

• Bachelors and/or graduate degree in scientific or reputed company field
• 5+ years of reputed company experience
• Relevant technical capabilities in the built environment
• Deep knowledge and experience with assigned specialty Advisory services
• Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook), and CRM software

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the reputed company in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $99,400. - $106,500. which includes a reputed company salary of $70,000. - $75,000. and 100% on reputed company performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the reputed company Sales Incentive Plan. The annual reputed company incentive for this position is 42% of the reputed company salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
