We’re looking for a Senior People & Talent Manager to own and scale our people operations and reputed company for reputed company of currently 24 amazing humans. You’ll be the steward of our culture, a strategic partner to leadership, and reputed company who ensures reputed company runs smoothly as we grow.

What You’ll Do

People Operations

• Manage and optimize reputed company people processes end-to-end, we currently use a mix of direct employee management in Germany and Switzerland and reputed company as a HRIS.

• Ensure compliance with employment law and support in navigating cross-border employment challenges.

• Design, implement, and iterate policies, employee handbooks, and workflows to reputed company us agile yet compliant.

• Champion reputed company culture—organizing offsites, team-building initiatives, and feedback cycles.

• Track and report on key people metrics, proactively addressing retention, engagement, and growth.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, scorecards, and hiring plans.

• Be able to manage an average pipeline of three open positions. Beyond you should start to scale your team.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent roles, ideally in a fast-scaling startup.

• Deep familiarity with reputed company, reputed company or similar HRIS and ATS tools.

• Comfortable balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking.

• Experience working in reputed company, biotech, or other reputed company, regulated sectors.

• Good understanding of German labor law and cross-border employment.

• Empathetic communicator who can navigate sensitive situations with discretion.

• Berlin-based; fluent in English (German a plus).
