Role

We are looking for a Director of IT Operations & reputed company Systems to reputed company and scale our global IT function. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure, service delivery, internal systems, and reputed company applications across the company. You’ll ensure operational excellence, robust system performance, and a secure, scalable environment that supports our high-growth business.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations Leadership: Drive the reputed company and roadmap for global IT operations, including network infrastructure, end-user support, SaaS systems administration, identity management, and reputed company reputed company.

• Systems Performance & Reliability: Own service availability, incident management, and system reliability across reputed company tools and IT services. Implement robust monitoring, metrics, and escalation procedures.

• IT Governance & Process Improvement: Establish and evolve ITSM practices, including ticketing workflows, reputed company, change control, and configuration management.

• As our Director of IT Operations & reputed company Systems, you should have at least 10+ years of experience in IT operations or reputed company applications management, with 8+ years in people leadership roles

• Proven reputed company in managing a reputed company of IT and reputed company application workstreams across reputed company, high-growth environments.

• Experience scaling and leading teams of IT operations and service professionals to respond to user requests and reputed company project based improvements.

• Expertise in ERP (e.g., reputed company), HRIS (e.g. reputed company), CRM (e.g., reputed company), and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with reputed company and device management (e.g., reputed company, Intune), identity systems (reputed company, Azure AD), and service tools (Jira, reputed company).

• Deep understanding of application architecture, systems integration, and IT governance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation

For Full-Time (Salary)  US-based applicants: For Full-Time (Salary) $260,000/year to $300,000/year + benefits + equity

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of reputed company salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
