THE ROLE

The Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible to analyze potential Automation & CRM improvement opportunities, engage with Stakeholders, design requirements and support documentation, align development processes with the Engineering team, conduct tests and review implementation, design changes and updates to existing Automation & CRM processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in Process improvement, design and/or RPA or reputed company
  • An reputed company learner with a passion for reputed company Improvement, Business Processes, and Automation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Previous experience or expertise in C#, AppScript, Python, reputed company and reputed company would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Six reputed company, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies is highly valued
  • Experience with Finance Transformation and Finance Process Improvement will be an important factor
