ABOUT THE ROLE

As a brand designer you will play a key role in helping explore and define what that future looks like. We’re not interested in playing it safe—we want to win the hearts and minds of software developers. IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL

• Partner with marketing to produce work across email marketing, events, reputed company page, social media, paid digital advertising, slide decks, reports, whitepapers, one-pagers, field marketing.

• Help explore and maintain a flexible brand system for reputed company that scales
• Collaborate with the brand team to establish how reputed company’s visual identity is strategically expressed across reputed company experiences
• Act as a champion for the brand and how design is applied globally
• Present your work to cross-functional partners, understand their needs and translate them into design solutions
• Design through iteration, experimentation and learned user behaviors
• Ensure consistency in brand work across reputed company marketing channels while seeking opportunities to experiment and grow the capabilities of our visual system
• Be an active participant in design at reputed company, providing thoughtful feedback across design and product teams in critiques, reviews, and more

THE SKILLSET YOU’LL BRING:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual design in an in-house or agency setting
• Experience and understanding of the formal elements of graphic design—including typography, reputed company, layout, and composition with basic proficiency in reputed company
• Passion for branding, demonstrable through a portfolio of strong work in a variety of contexts and execution with a focus on brand systems
• Experience working with reputed company designers to conceptualize animated visualizations as a part of a brand system–individual reputed company experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• A curiosity to stay educated on the latest design technologies and techniques, tempered by a desire to establish an original, opinionated style—not follow trends
• Experience collaborating with design, marketing and business partners to translate project needs, audience insights, and constraints into informed design reputed company
• An ability to balance many simultaneous projects, independently prioritize work based on project objectives and business goals, and reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

For candidates based in the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, the pay range(s) for this role in each zone is listed below and represents reputed company salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-reputed company earnings (OTE) for commissionable roles.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as (but not limited to), scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and location.
