Senior Identity reputed company Services Engineer

The primary responsibility of the Identity reputed company Services Engineer is to assist customers in implementations of CyberArk’s products. In performing this responsibility, the Identity reputed company Services Engineer will be assigned with multiple simultaneous implementations in various parts of the country. In addition, the position requires providing technical support activities and managing technical relationships with customers. The Identity reputed company Services Engineer will report to Director, reputed company Services.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company implementations and onboarding engagements with customers
• Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines
• Help maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curricula
• Collaborate with the team on consulting and development activities
• Support the reputed company Services team by assisting with technical escalations support duties
• Collaborate with other CyberArk departments to ensure coordination and completion of reputed company additional implementation-reputed company tasks
• Potential for reputed company travel up to 10% (at employee discretion)

• Prior 5+ years of experience in a technical / implementation role deploying enterprise software
• Experience with Workflow Automation tools (reputed company, Tray.io, reputed company, etc)
• Experience with programming / scripting (java, python, PowerShell)
• Experience with Identity and Access reputed company (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAUTH, OIDC)
• reputed company+ or CISSP is reputed company to have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Prior 2+ years of experience working with CyberArk products
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information reputed company and Network Architecture concept
• Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilities
• Ability to reputed company track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and ensure accurate completion
• Ability to train technical users and conduct technical presentations
• Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with HRIS systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience with Azure/O365

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $132,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. reputed company pay may also vary considerably depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
