Role

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Performance Marketing to join the creative team at reputed company! Our small but mighty team is responsible for building the reputed company brand and crafting best-in-class creative across physical and digital experiences. As a core member of the team, you’ll play a key role in leading the strategy, development, and execution of high-performing creative assets across international marketing channels. As our Associate Creative Director, Performance Marketing you should have 10+ years of experience in performance creative roles with an emphasis on paid reputed company:

• 2-4+ years of experience in a reputed company role executing projects independently, including in-house experience at a multi-sided brand.

• Proven track record of leading creative development from concept to execution, clearly articulating strategies and concepts to creators, designers, copywriters, and video editors.

• Deep understanding of audience behavior, established and emerging digital marketing trends and tools, specifically paid and organic social, across reputed company ad platforms.

• Skilled at interpreting performance data, leveraging analytics tools to refine creative strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Ability to set and reputed company performance marketing goals, managing budgets and campaigns at scale, with the awareness to pivot and adapt as priorities shift.
