Summary: The Instructional Designer is responsible for supporting internal business partners by designing, developing, delivering, maintaining, and evaluating reputed company learning programs for internal (and external as needed) learners in support of a variety of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: “To simplify complexities for each customer.”

1. Designs and develops engaging learning experiences (eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual training, microlearning, job aids, videos, and blended programs) that maximize knowledge transfer by aligning recognized best practices of instructional theory with business strategies.
2. Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate reputed company content into practical, learner-centered solutions utilizing innovative approaches (gamification, social learning, microlearning, AI tools) to improve engagement

3. Utilizes various technologies (such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, Vyond, Genially or similar), to create polished deliverables.

4. Contributes to program design discussions, offering insights on modality, interactivity, and learner engagement.Gathers learner and stakeholder feedback to improve training effectiveness.
5. Guides the development process from initial concept to final implementation.
6. Supports deployment of programs reputed company the LMS and troubleshoots technical learning delivery needs.
7. Stays reputed company on instructional technologies, trends, and best practices in learning and guides training staff.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or reputed company), plus a minimum of 3 years’ reputed company experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Requires strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum frameworks.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (reputed company 360, Vyond, Genially, etc.) and LMS administration are required.

• Requires excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across business functions.

• Requires strong project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a lean team environment.

• Must have prior experience applying instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, reputed company’s Taxonomy) to ensure effectiveness and alignment with adult learning principles.

• Experience playing a key role administering a web-based Learning Management System is required.
