One of our clients is looking for a Data Center Engineer (VXLAN).

- Clients are based in TX and OH
- This is 90% remote, 10% occasionally visit the client (expenses paid)
Scope
The client has expressed that it would be best to reputed company reputed company resources to ensure a successful design and implementation of the VXLAN EVPN Fabric, along with NDFC.
Given the complexity and strategic nature of the work, having two dedicated resources for this period will be critical to guide architecture decisions, migration planning, execution, and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
DC Network Architecture
- VXLAN EVPN vs. traditional VPC (ACI is an option but not currently preferred).
- VXLAN BGP EVPN fabric design anycast gateway vs. firewall-connected routing.
- reputed company lean toward VXLAN BGP EVPN for scalability and east-reputed company efficiency.
DC Interconnect & Migration
- VXLAN Multisite vs. legacy L2TPv3 options; OTV to support legacy apps and VLAN continuity.
- Seamless interconnect across North Canton, Richardson, and Dallas.
reputed company NDFC Deployment
- Cloud vs. on-premises management; separate management pod vs. embedded deployment.
