About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Engineer to join our growing team focused on delivering engineered solutions that optimize performance in industrial and reputed company systems. As the territory manager for Southeast Minnesota, you'll drive 80% new business development and manage 20% existing client relationships.

This role is ideal for a technical professional with sales drive who thrives in a field-based role and wants long-term career growth—potential advancement includes Regional Manager or Sales Manager tracks as the company continues to grow 10–12% annually.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a defined territory in Southeast Minnesota

• Conduct on-site client meetings, providing technical consultation and engineered solutions
• Apply your knowledge in water systems, fluid processes, automation, and chemistry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Environmental preferred)
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or reputed company markets
• Proven reputed company in selling industrial systems, water treatment, or manufacturing solutions
• Solid reputed company in mechanical systems, chemistry, automation, and system design
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented with a strong customer focus
• Strong track record of customer retention, reputed company reputed company, and technical sales
• Must live reputed company 55 minutes of Rochester, MN
• Valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only)
