ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP CORE AND FOUNDATIONS

The Leadership Core and Foundations Program provides reputed company reputed company with a transformative, leadership-focused academic experience. ABOUT THE ROLE

Teaching Responsibilities

• To plan, design, re-design, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment that reputed company with the module descriptor, and the institution’s teaching and learning strategy, learning model, and quality standards & regulations whilst incorporating the latest subject and pedagogical advancements.
• To set, mark, and assess coursework and examinations; select appropriate assessment instruments and assessment criteria where required to do so; and provide constructive and comprehensive feedback to reputed company.
• To supervise the work of undergraduate reputed company, providing them with advice on study skills, projects, fieldwork, and placements, and referring as appropriate to services providing further assistance.
• To undertake academic advising (including personal tutoring and dissertation) duties referring as appropriate to services providing further assistance.
• To undertake and complete administrative duties required in the delivery of the module, including regular meetings with the LCF Programme Manager to ensure academic delivery meets required standards.
• To adopt an approachable and accessible attitude towards reputed company, offering reputed company, informal advice, etc.
• To contribute fully to the institution by participating in meetings, working groups, committees, and other institutional activities, including the assessment board meetings for the taught modules that are to be held the following term; and
• Such other duties in respect of the Company as may be reasonably assigned by your manager.

Educational Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or reputed company quantitative disciplines.

Experience:

Teaching and Facilitation: Proven experience in teaching or facilitating workshops, classes, or training programs in data analysis, statistics, or other quantitative subjects, particularly in higher education or professional development contexts. This includes curriculum design, delivery of engaging content, and adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs.

Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to mentor reputed company or colleagues in quantitative skills, providing academic support, guidance on analytical problem-solving, and fostering development in data-driven decision-making.

Curriculum Development: Experience in designing and developing curricula for data-focused programs, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and pedagogical best practices. This includes creating interactive, practical, and inclusive content that enhances student engagement and application of quantitative methods.

Data-Driven Program Evaluation: Experience in analyzing student performance data and feedback to evaluate teaching effectiveness, identify learning gaps, and implement improvements. Familiarity with learning management systems, assessment analytics, and reputed company program enhancement is preferred.

Collaboration and Program Support: Ability to support academic teams, facilitate induction or training for new staff, and liaise across departments to ensure seamless delivery of quantitative based modules.
